The program is broken down into just 3 weekly workouts for 6 weeks, each lasting 20min minutes. The routines are a mix of cardio and strength training exercises that can be easily done at home. Includes an All Body, Lower & Upper focused workout. The best part is, you won't require any fancy gym equipment; just a set of dumbbells, a booty band, kettlebell a chair and some determination!
